We offer specialized nursing and rehabilitation care that promotes emotional health and physical well-being when you are recovering from an illness, hospitalization, or even changes in medications. Rehabilitation services are available from licensed therapists seven days a week.
I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the Stratford Court caregivers in Boca Raton, Florida, are. I have been my father’s full time caregiver for almost four years. My father has been in their Skilled Nursing several times, and now has moved into their Assisted Living facility. To describe the facilities in one word: beautiful. To describe the people who work there would take a book. Kindness, attentiveness, professional, caring, going the extra mile, I could go on and on. PJ, Michael, and their teams are amazing. I wish I could list all their names because they all deserve praise.
